Frequently asked questions
How long does shipping take?
All order are sent out within 1 business day. Standard shipping takes around 3-4 business days within Australia. International shipping can take between 7-10 business days. Please note, due to COVID19 we are seeing major delays in our international orders of up to 4-5 weeks. Please keep this in mind before ordering.
Express shipping - Express orders will usually arrive the next business day. However, it depends when your order is placed. E.g orders after 2pm could take maximum two business days and orders on a Thursday could possibly arrive Monday.
Public holidays - Public holidays such as Easter and Christmas can cause delays in shipping time so keep these in mind. If you are thinking of buying our pieces as a gift we would advise to order at least 2 weeks in advance to be certain it will arrive.
Is your jewellery waterproof?
Like all fine sterling silver jewellery we advise not to swim with it in the ocean or swimming pools as the precious metals will react with the water and tarnish or discolour. Some of our jewellery pieces are made of stainless steel instead of sterling silver. These will be ok to swim with.
Can I return my order?
We provide a 30-day warranty on all our products. If is damaged when you receive it you can return it within 30 days by simply sending it back to our returns address (contact us on email@example.com) and choose to get your money refunded or a new one sent out. You are liable for all shipping costs involved in a return (Please provide a return post bag in the package you send back to us which we can use to send back the new item.
We do not provide full refunds on unwanted products once you receive them however, you can return them to us and receive a store credit equivalent to the order value. In addition, we do not offer refunds on sale items (including if you used a discount code).
If you order an item in the wrong size we cannot refund your order. However, you can send it back to our returns address and get a new size sent out.
Do you also ship internationally?
Yes we ship worldwide. Simply select your country during the checkout. If you do not see your country please contact us and we will arrange your order with you.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE within Australia on all orders over $50. You also have the option to track your order for $7 or get it within 1-2 business days using express post for $10. International orders to NZ cost $10 to ship. We also offer FREE express shipping on all Australian orders over $80.
What payment options do you provide?
Currently we provide payments through PayPal, major credit cards such as Mastercard and Visa. We also accept payments made by Apple pay. If none of these payment methods suit you contact us via email and we will arrange something else for you.
How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy! Simply select the bracelet you want in our shop tab, select the size and quantity, and select "add to cart". The item(s) has now been added to your shopping cart. In order to proceed simply go to your shopping cart (in the top right corner of your screen) and follow the payment instructions.
How do I change or cancel an order?
Once the order is placed it cannot be cancelled. You can only change your order if you let us know before your order has been despatched.
Where can I provide my promotional code?
If you have a promotional code to get a discount off your order simply use it during the checkout in the "discount code" section. When the valid promotional code is entered the amount will automatically be taken off the final price.
